The krautrock influence is pretty obvious from the first track “Across The Perspective” which starts off with a motorik beat that later on morphs into a crazy noise freakout. Faust comparisons can be made with the remaining songs but they manage to break away to No Neck Blues Band territory on the last track which is 13 minutes long. DRD has never been known to do things in the standard kind of way and they always try to challenge people’s perceived notions of their music in what they constantly referred to as “orenrock” – a kind of musical mindfuck.
